Ruffles

I've had this little project on the backburner since I last visited Florida and saw a similar pair in a baby boutique. I bought some leggings from Target (Circo brand) and added ribbon trim to make a ruffle. I sewed a small brown and pink ribbon to a 2 inch wide white grograin ribbon to make the trim. I think they turned out too cute!
