Blogging vacay and other get-aways

It has been a busy 1 1/2 weeks. I'll spare you most of the details, but it involves doctor visits, itching, medications, LOTS and LOTS of laundry, and then more laundry. I'll try to fill in some of my blogging gaps as soon as I can.




This past weekend the kids and I went to Nashville to visit family. We celebrated my niece's 3rd birthday at Pump it Up. Jack was awful and threw tantrums the whole time. Thankfully, my Dad strolled Anna Scott around so I could deal with Jack.

On Labor Day we went to Tullahoma, TN to have a cookout with some extended family. Jack, again, threw some tantrums, but he had fun playing outside in the kiddie pool. It was nice to see my Aunt, Uncle and cousins. I think we've seen them once or twice since Anna Scott was born. We had hamburgers and hotdogs...but the yummiest was the grilled corn on the cob. Yum!
