Yay! The 2nd day of school was 100% better. I picked up Jack 15 minutes early and they walked him out with a gold sticker on his shirt. They said he got it for not crying all day! (If only they could tell me how to do that at home, I'd be set.)
On top of it, he was in a good mood and told me all about his art work (in his own little language, but he was so proud of himself):
I have proudly displayed his art work in his room. Every time he lays on his changing table he looks at it and says, "hand". We then proceed to talk about the handprints and the names of the friends in his class. It's such a great learning tool.
I hope he continues to do well at school!
